She is the founder of Recalac, its pillar. Today Rita works in accounting. Rigor and professionalism are her added values. “I am the “strict” member of the team, the most down to earth; after all I have to stand up to four men. For this reason, I am known for having a healthy dose of cynism, for being demanding as required, and for using candor and the will to find a good connection with people. I demand and offer respect, as I believe only this way the foundations of an upstanding relationship can be laid.”

Born in 1977, Giulio manages the personnel as well as the administrative and organizational parts of the family company. A nomadic soul, when not at the desk he is on a plane, travelling to represent Recalac around the world. His favorite subject at school? Geography, of course. “It allowed me to travel with my mind. The first thing I did once out of school was to get my passport. Travelling, whether for work or pleasure, allows me to meet and get to know new cultures, their mentality and habits. Anyone who loves to travel knows how to appreciate their own roots, as they can see beauty and uniqueness in everything they experience.”

Nicolò Cracco

Born in 1983, Nicolò is the youngest of the family. For the company he follows purchases and the R&D of the wet-end sector. When he is not sitting at his work desk, he goes from riding his motorbike to working out at the gym, where he exercises at the weight bench and at the crossfit barbell. Determination is his main strength. “I have always loved motorcycles. I’m curious and tireless, over the years I practiced weightlifting at a competitive level, while recently I decided to give a try to crossfit. These passions teach me how to concentrate and focus on my goals. I bring these teachings with me at the workplace, where I was literally born and raised, and where I’m growing.”
